The built in system is available in Chinese only, but once you finish the initial setup it can be configured to boot into HDMI mode

The initial setup needs a wifi connection but does not require an internet connection, you can use a mobile hotspot with no internet to bypass it. Do not connect it to the internet! Judging by the warnings on the packaging I suspect it will lock the machine if used outside of mainland China.

It looks amazing! Very bright with sharp texts for the price
